What this module does
Records every CRM lead stage change with timestamp, user and previous/new stage. Adds a history table on the lead form and exposes time-in-stage so the funnel can be analysed.
Timestamp and user
Each transition is logged with the exact time and the user who triggered it.
Previous and new stage
Both endpoints of the transition are stored, so a full movement history is preserved.
History tab on lead
A dedicated tab on the lead form shows the complete stage timeline for that record.
Time-in-stage metric
Aggregated view of how long leads spend in each stage, ready for funnel reporting.
