Adds Ukrainian ID-document fields to hr.employee (document type, serial, number, issued date, issued-by) and signatory references on account.move (employee, document number, date issued, valid until, head of enterprise, chief accountant). Used to issue and reference Ukrainian Powers of Attorney from invoice records.

Required by kw_invoice_letter_authority. Not intended to be installed standalone — install the Power of Attorney module and this base will follow as a dependency.
