What this module does
Controls the visibility of the top-level Discuss menu through user groups. Hide the menu from all users except those in a configured allow-list to keep the navigation focused.
Group-based show/hide
Pick the groups that should see Discuss. Everyone else gets the menu item hidden.
Allow-list mode
Default deny: by adding only specific groups, the menu is invisible to all other users.
Affects Inbox too
The Inbox shortcut at the top bar follows the same visibility rule, no orphan entry points remain.
Per-group rule
Combine with role design so support, sales or warehouse roles get exactly the menus they need.
