What this module does
Scans HTML fields for inline base64-encoded images and converts them into ir.attachment records with normal URLs. Reduces HTML field size and database bloat from imported newsletter and product content.
Scans HTML fields
Walks selected models and fields, locates every inline base64 image and queues it for conversion.
Creates ir.attachment
Each detected image becomes a regular attachment with the correct mimetype and filename.
Replaces base64 with URL
The HTML field is rewritten to reference the new attachment URL instead of carrying the binary inline.
Frees up database size
Database row sizes drop and replication or backups become noticeably faster on image-heavy installations.
