Adds an A4 portrait Akt vykonanykh robit (Act of Work Performed / Services Rendered) printable PDF for account.move. Two-column ZATVERDZHUYU header (executor + customer) with chief signatory blocks, line table, totals with amount-in-words, signature areas with placeholders for stamps.
