Goods Delivery Note from Customer Invoice

Adds an A4 portrait Vydatkova Nakladna (Goods Delivery Note) printable PDF for account.move. Confirms transfer of goods from supplier to buyer under a sales contract. Header, dated heading, item table with VAT row, totals.

File name format Vydatkova - INV/2024/00001. Print action appears under the standard Print menu of the invoice form.

Goods transfer record

Vydatkova Nakladna documents transfer of inventory from supplier to buyer — distinct from TTN, which records transportation of cargo.

Ukrainian amount-in-words

Totals spelled in Ukrainian via num2words (lang='uk'). Currency name labels for UAH, EUR, USD.

Both-side requisites

Supplier and buyer legal name, IPN, EDRPOU, bank details from kw_account_partner_requisites.

How it works

  • Print is forced to Ukrainian. The template applies lang='uk_UA' to the document context regardless of the partner's language.
  • Vydatkova is not TTN. Vydatkova Nakladna documents the goods-transfer fact under a sales contract; TTN documents the cargo movement during transportation. Different documents, different use cases.
  • Lines with zero price or with the "exclude from doc" flag are skipped — the printable form filters by kw_is_added_to_doc.
  • No external integrations. QWeb-PDF only.
