What this module does
Sends SMS, Viber and email notifications when a CRM lead moves to a configured stage. Templates per stage, per channel, per language. Internal users or external customers as recipients.
Per-stage rules
Pick which stages trigger a notification and what the message should say in each case.
Multi-channel delivery
Pick any combination of email, SMS and Viber per rule. Recipients get the channels you choose.
Internal or external
Send to the lead owner, the whole team, the customer, or any explicit user list.
Templates per language
Multilingual templates pick the right body and subject based on each recipient locale.
